About Us

Founded in 1994, Saturn Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned company based in North Texas, established by Carlos Garcia and his daughter, Maria Garcia Menzies. The company is named in honor of Saturnino Garcia, whose legacy of dedication and hard work continues to inspire how Saturn operates today.

Since its founding, Saturn has served as a manufacturer’s rep and project partner for clients throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, staying closely involved beyond product selection to help guide HVAC and building automation projects from planning through execution. Our work relies on clear coordination with manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and facility owners to support solutions that perform reliably over the long term.

For more than 30 years, Saturn has built long standing relationships in these international markets through hands-on technical involvement and consistent follow through. This experience remains central to our business and continues to guide how we support projects today.

Under the leadership of Maria Garcia Menzies, Saturn has expanded its presence in the United States and now supports federal, state, and regional projects. Saturn holds multiple small business certifications, including 8(a) Certification, WOSB and EDWOSB, MBE, WBE, and SBE allowing us to grow in the US while continuing to support international clients.

Past Performance:

Saturn supports projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from early coordination and technical support through execution and closeout. In addition to our core focus on HVAC and building automation, we provide supplemental facility support and targeted construction improvements when needed to help projects move forward efficiently.
