Partnering with OPIX Systems, LLC, our team is at the forefront of retrofitting and upgrading Building Automation Systems (BAS) across Texas. Given the nature of these federal buildings and the GSA, security is of paramount importance. While we can’t reveal too many details about the specifics of the project, we can share our dedication to enhancing the operational and energy efficiency of these critical infrastructures.

Project Overview

Saturn Enterprises has recently started retrofitting and upgrading BAS systems in federal buildings across Texas. We have completed site surveys for three federal buildings, assessing the current systems and identifying opportunities for optimization.

We are now in the pre-installation programming phase, configuring new control systems to integrate with the existing infrastructure. This ensures the upgraded systems will operate efficiently and provide enhanced control.

Next, we will procure state-of-the-art controllers and begin installations, aiming to complete them by the end of the year. Our goal is to minimize disruption to the daily operations of these buildings.
